Angry Waters

As a result of persistent rain in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas, Arkansas river flow has been several times its “normal” value since early May. Today, flow through the hydro plant and spillways at Dardanelle Lock and Dam is about 240,000 cubic feet per second.
